What is your shipping policy?

BathCult offers standard and express shipping via USPS. Delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please choose your preferred method at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, due to differing international CBD restrictions, we cannot ship overseas at this time. However, these restrictions are rapidly changing and we are actively pursuing other ways to make our products available worldwide. Please send us an email or sign up for our mailing list so we can keep you posted on these developments.

Returns

Due to the nature of our botanical ingredients, we cannot accept returns but offer replacements or store credit should the product arrive damaged. We want all of our customers to be happy and satisfied with our products, so please email us if you have any questions or concerns!
